We offer deliveries to pickup points or to home by Mondial Relay for Belgium and Luxembourg.
We offer deliveries only to pickup points via Mondial Relay for the Netherlands and France.

Collection point withdrawal: Free

(ATTENTION: No collection for cosmetic products)

You can come to collect your packages from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) from 10 AM to 6 PM at the store located at 130A, Chaussée de Namur - 5030 Gembloux only after confirmation of receipt of your package at the collection point.

Shipping cost 

Delivery to a pickup point (Excluding cosmetic products)

  • Less than 30€: delivery is 5€
  • From 30€: delivery is free

Delivery to pickup points: Cosmetic products (only for Belgium)

  • Less than 60€: delivery is 5€
  • From 60€: delivery is free

Home delivery in Belgium and Luxembourg

  • Less than 60€: delivery is 15€
  • From 60€: delivery is 20€
  • From 150€: delivery is free

Special conditions (only for Belgium)

Attention the shipping costs for cosmetic products are calculated independently of the rest of the catalog. In this way, if you place a mixed order (cosmetics and food), you will be charged for the shipping of cosmetics, even if you qualify for free shipping on food products. Although this is possible, we advise against placing mixed orders.


Delivery delay

All orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Delivery takes place within 3 to 4 business days from the shipment of your order.

Modification of Mondial Relay point

If you do not select a pickup point after paying for your order, we will always choose the nearest pickup point to your billing address. If you still wish to set and/or change a pickup point of your choice, please contact us at the address. contact@1337flavors.com
The change of destination is no longer possible once your order has been processed.
