Delivery Methods

We offer delivery to pickup points or home delivery via Mondial Relay for Belgium and Luxembourg.
We offer delivery to pickup points only via Mondial Relay for the Netherlands and France.

For now, we deliver to Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and France.

Pickup at Collection Point: Free

(NOTE: No pickup available for cosmetic products)

You can pick up your parcels from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. at the store located at 130A, Chaussée de Namur - 5030 Gembloux, only after receiving confirmation that your parcel has arrived at the collection point.

  • Under €30: shipping costs €5
  • From €30: free shipping

Relay Point Delivery: Cosmetic Products (Belgium Only)

  • Under €60: shipping costs €5
  • From €60: free shipping

Home Delivery in Belgium and Luxembourg

  • Under €60: shipping costs €15
  • From €60: shipping costs €20
  • From €150: free shipping

Special Conditions (Belgium Only)

Please note that shipping fees for cosmetic products are calculated separately from the rest of the catalog. Thus, if you place a mixed order (cosmetic and food), you will be charged for the delivery of cosmetics even if you qualify for free shipping on food products. Although this is possible, we recommend against placing mixed orders.

Delivery Times

All orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Delivery takes 3 to 4 business days from the time your order is shipped.

While we do our best to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or logistical issues. Mondial Relay Pickup Point Modification

If you do not select a pickup point after completing your order, we will automatically choose the nearest pickup point to your billing address. However, if you wish to define or modify your preferred pickup point, please contact us at contact@1337flavors.com.
Once your order has been processed, the delivery address can no longer be changed.
